The ‘Patient-Centered Health Outcome Measure Set’ for Stroke includes both clinical outcomes and patient-reported outcomes.

This Implementation Guide focused exclusively on representing the elements of the ICHOM Stroke Health Outcome Measure Set in FHIR, without considering support for specific use cases; consequently, comprehensive security measures are not part of this scope. The responsibility for ensuring secure storage and transmission of patient data, as required for each use case, rests with the implementers.
